This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

• Leading group therapy sessions for clients.

• Acquainting oneself with and applying our evidence-based curriculum guides and training.

• Providing comprehensive feedback and keeping detailed clinical progress notes on clients.

• Offering one-on-one counseling to clients when necessary.

• Engaging in community research and collaborating with public health partners for research and data collection initiatives.

• Developing and upholding treatment plans for each client served.

• Working alongside community partners and our providers on case management and care coordination efforts.

• Upholding professional and ethical standards in the workplace, maintaining appropriate boundaries between counselor and client.

• Managing group dynamics and addressing problematic behavior with sound professional judgment while ensuring the integrity of the group.

• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for licensing and billing purposes.

• Participating actively in regular training sessions, company meetings, monthly counselor consultations, and supervision as required.

• Bachelor's or Graduate degree in mental health, social work, psychology, addictions, or a related field.

• NH License as LADC, MLADC, LMFT, LCMHC, or LICSW.

• 2-3 years of experience in substance use or a related field.

• Availability to work 2 evenings per week until 8:30 PM as necessary.

• At least two years of experience leading group therapy in a substance use disorder (SUD) setting.

• High proficiency with technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile applications, etc.
