This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional counseling services for individuals, couples, families, and/or adolescents through secure telehealth platforms.

• When requested and clinically suitable, incorporate Christian faith and Biblical principles into counseling sessions.

• Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, maintain progress notes, and complete all necessary clinical documentation.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques while honoring each client's spiritual beliefs and treatment objectives.

• Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards in practice.

• Work collaboratively with other providers and administrative personnel to ensure seamless continuity of care.

• Engage in team meetings, consultations, and relevant professional development opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must hold one of the following active and unrestricted licenses in their state of practice: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LMHC, or similar), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), or other independently licensed behavioral health professionals.

• Maintain good standing with their respective licensing board.

• Have malpractice insurance or obtain it prior to commencing services.

• Be eligible to deliver telehealth services.

• Exhibit exceptional communication, documentation, and clinical decision-making abilities.
