This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +3 more states.
• Align with the tuition strategy, goals, and objectives of the company and its subsidiaries.
• Acquire contracts with agencies and assess their requirements.
• Process and maintain authorizations while securing reimbursements with centers and agencies.
• Complete transfers of accounts receivable, as well as handle discounts, adjustments, re-bills, refunds, and follow-up on outstanding balances.
• Review attendance documentation and execute billing in accordance with agency guidelines.
• Prepare and distribute reports, monitor for unusual items, and address or escalate issues as necessary.
• Audit and reconcile financial records for centers, making necessary adjustments.
• Maintain subsidy records following agency guidelines and company policies.
• Cultivate relationships with field operations and child care agencies.
• Participate in huddle calls and meetings with center directors.
• Prepare documentation for audits and communicate agency audit notifications.
• Take ownership of assigned centers, ensuring that all functions are completed accurately and punctually.
• A High School diploma is required.
• Experience in bookkeeping, billing, and accounts receivable is preferred.
• Proficiency in 10-key operations.
• Strong digital literacy with financial systems and general office software.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
• Skills in customer service, professionalism, conflict resolution, and collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organizational skills and the ability to learn quickly.
• Capability to work independently.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Competence in meeting deadlines by prioritizing tasks in a multi-task environment.
• Willingness to work overtime hours as required.
• Ability to endure long periods of sitting and frequent use of computers and telephones.
