This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for both internal teams and clients.

• Extract, analyze, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with revenue cycle management, which includes variance analysis, cash flow patterns, denial trends, compliance risks, and operational efficiencies.

• Develop a scalable report deck tailored to different facility types.

• Generate monthly KPI reports.

• Supply Quality Assurance with weekly and monthly analytics reports.

• Detect and examine data anomalies, revenue losses, and compliance risks, while recommending corrective measures.

• Partner with various teams across the organization to enhance data-driven decision-making and improve business intelligence capabilities.

• Assist managers and supervisors by delivering comprehensive insights into financial performance and operational trends.

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including automation strategies aimed at refining revenue cycle processes.

• Ensure data integrity by maintaining alignment and normalization across all systems.


⛳️ Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).

• Experience: Proficient in healthcare revenue cycle management, insurance billing, or financial analysis. Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI is advantageous.

• Background in process optimization and automation impact analysis.

• Capability to analyze large datasets, recognize patterns, and offer actionable insights.

• Skill in tracking implemented insights.

• Strong understanding of revenue cycle management KPIs and financial analytics. Experience with healthcare billing systems, payer policies, and compliance regulations is essential.

• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively present data findings to stakeholders.

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in reporting.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools, as well as experience with Behavior Health Vertical Billing Software.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to resolve issues promptly.

• Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
