Subject Matter Expert – Finance, Urdu

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop realistic, domain-specific tasks in Urdu that reflect practices in Indian finance.

• Modify and implement clear scoring rubrics to assess both AI-generated and human responses.

• Evaluate and score submissions for correctness, adherence to regulations, and overall quality.

• Offer expert feedback and help create high-quality “gold standard” solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native proficiency in Urdu with a strong command of professional English.

• Over 5 years of experience in Finance or Financial Services (such as structuring, compliance, audit, risk management, investment analysis).

• Comprehensive understanding of Indian financial products and systems.

• Knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks (including central banks, capital market authorities, tax/zakat regulations).

• Capability to write and assess professional-level financial content in Urdu with meticulous attention to detail.
