Subject Matter Expert – Finance, Russian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop realistic, domain-specific tasks in the target language that reflect local financial practices.

• Modify and implement clear scoring rubrics to assess both AI-generated and human responses.

• Evaluate and score submissions for precision, compliance with regulations, and professional quality.

• Offer expert feedback and contribute to the creation of high-quality "gold standard" solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native speaker of the target language with strong proficiency in professional English.

• Over 5 years of experience in Finance or Financial Services (such as structuring, compliance, audit, risk, investment analysis).

• In-depth knowledge of financial products and frameworks specific to the target locale.

• Familiarity with the regulatory environments of the target locale (including central banks, capital market authorities, and tax/zakat frameworks).

• Capability to write and assess professional-grade financial content in the target language with exceptional attention to detail.
