Subject Matter Expert – Finance, Odia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop realistic, domain-specific tasks in Odia that embody Indian financial practices.

• Modify and implement clear scoring rubrics to assess AI-generated and human responses.

• Evaluate and score submissions for precision, regulatory compliance, and professional quality.

• Offer expert feedback and contribute to the creation of high-quality “gold standard” solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native Odia speaker with strong professional proficiency in English.

• Over 5 years of experience in Finance or Financial Services (including structuring, compliance, audit, risk, investment analysis).

• In-depth understanding of Indian financial products and frameworks.

• Knowledge of Indian regulatory environments (such as central banks, capital market authorities, tax/zakat frameworks).

• Capability to write and assess professional-grade financial content in Odia with meticulous attention to detail.
