Subject Matter Expert – Finance, Kannada

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop realistic, domain-specific tasks in Kannada that reflect practices in Indian finance.

• Modify and implement clear scoring rubrics to assess both AI-generated and human responses.

• Evaluate and score submissions for precision, regulatory compliance, and professional quality.

• Offer expert feedback and assist in creating high-quality “gold standard” solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native proficiency in Kannada with strong command of professional English.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance or Financial Services (such as structuring, compliance, audit, risk assessment, or investment analysis).

• In-depth knowledge of Indian financial products and regulatory frameworks.

• Understanding of Indian regulatory bodies (including central banks, capital market authorities, and tax/zakat frameworks).

• Capability to write and assess professional-grade financial content in Kannada with meticulous attention to detail.
