Subject Matter Expert – Finance, Japanese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Develop realistic, domain-specific tasks in the target language that are representative of Indian finance practices.

• Modify and implement clear scoring rubrics to assess both AI-generated and human responses.

• Evaluate and score submissions for precision, compliance with regulations, and professional quality.

• Offer expert feedback and assist in creating high-quality “gold standard” solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native speaker of the target language with a strong command of professional English.

• Over 5 years of experience in Finance or Financial Services (e.g., structuring, compliance, audit, risk management, investment analysis).

• Comprehensive knowledge of financial products and frameworks specific to the target locale.

• Understanding of the regulatory environments in the target locale (e.g., central banks, capital market authorities, tax/zakat frameworks).

• Capability to write and assess professional-grade financial content in the target language with meticulous attention to detail.
