Subject Matter Expert – Finance, Indonesian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Develop realistic, domain-specific tasks in the target language that reflect local financial practices.

• Modify and implement clear scoring rubrics to assess both AI-generated and human responses.

• Evaluate and score submissions for accuracy, compliance with regulations, and professional quality.

• Offer expert feedback and aid in creating high-quality “gold standard” solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native fluency in the target language along with strong professional proficiency in English.

• Over 5 years of experience in Finance or Financial Services (e.g., structuring, compliance, auditing, risk management, investment analysis).

• In-depth understanding of financial products and frameworks relevant to the target locale.

• Familiarity with regulatory environments in the target locale (e.g., central banks, capital market authorities, tax/zakat frameworks).

• Capability to compose and evaluate professional-grade financial content in the target language with great attention to detail.
