Subject Matter Expert – Finance, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop realistic, domain-specific tasks in the target language that reflect Indian financial practices.

• Modify and implement clear evaluation rubrics to assess both AI-generated and human responses.

• Examine and score submissions for accuracy, regulatory compliance, and professional standards.

• Offer expert insights and help create high-quality “gold standard” solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native proficiency in the target language with a strong command of professional English.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance or Financial Services (e.g., structuring, compliance, audit, risk, investment analysis).

• Comprehensive understanding of financial products and frameworks specific to the target locale.

• Acquainted with the regulatory environments of the target locale (e.g., central banks, capital market authorities, tax/zakat frameworks).

• Capability to write and assess professional-grade financial content in the target language with meticulous attention to detail.
