Stylist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer expert styling advice through messaging, chat, video, and Stitch Fix’s proprietary styling platform.

• Design customized Fixes and styled assortments based on client profiles, preferences, purchases, style objectives, and available inventory.

• Foster meaningful relationships with clients via personalized interactions and a visible Stylist profile.

• Achieve performance, productivity, and client satisfaction targets.

• Spot opportunities to enhance client retention and Stylist-client connections, sharing insights with the wider team.

• Engage in training sessions and regular performance check-ins.

• Keep abreast of company developments and fashion trends.

• Utilize digital tools and innovative AI-enabled resources to provide tailored recommendations, communicate with clients, and enhance efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client-facing styling or apparel roles.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust in a virtual setting.

• Experience and confidence in styling across diverse body types, gender identities, lifestyles, style preferences, and occasions.

• Capacity to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and procedures.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Docs, Gmail, Slack, and Zoom, or the ability to swiftly learn these applications.

• A reliable computer equipped with the Chrome browser.

• High-speed cable or fiber internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.

• Strong time management skills, reliable attendance, accurate timekeeping, and productive work habits.

• Ability to consistently fulfill a weekly requirement of 10–20 hours with flexible scheduling.

• Dedication to seeking feedback and continuously enhancing work performance.

• Willingness to maintain a public-facing Stylist profile that includes a photograph.

• Capability to sit for extended periods, operate a computer or office equipment, and communicate effectively.

• Applicants must reside in the United States, excluding Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, and all Non-State U.S. Territories.
