Stylist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer expert style advice via messaging, chat, video, and the internal styling platform.

• Address client inquiries and curate personalized outfits that foster confidence and trust.

• Design styled assortments and distinct Fixes based on client profiles, preferences, purchases, goals, and available inventory.

• Establish meaningful relationships with clients through tailored interactions and a public-facing Stylist profile.

• Achieve performance, productivity, and client satisfaction objectives.

• Identify chances to enhance client retention and strengthen Stylist-client relationships.

• Share valuable insights with the wider team.

• Engage in training sessions and regular check-ins.

• Keep up-to-date with company news and current fashion trends.

• Utilize digital tools and AI-driven features to comprehend preferences, provide recommendations, communicate with clients, and operate efficiently from a remote setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in client-facing styling or apparel roles.

• Passion for fashion and a proven track record of creating positive customer experiences.

• Proven success in achieving or surpassing performance targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent writing skills and the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients virtually.

• Experience and confidence in styling for diverse body types, gender identities, lifestyles, preferences, and occasions.

• Capability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Gmail, Slack, and Zoom, or the willingness to learn new systems.

• Reliable computer equipped with the Chrome browser.

• High-speed cable or fiber internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.

• Strong time management skills, reliable attendance, accurate time tracking, and productive work habits.

• Availability to work consistently 10–20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

• Commitment to seeking constructive feedback and pursuing continuous improvement.

• Willingness and ability to maintain a public-facing Stylist profile that includes a photo.

• Capacity to sit for extended periods, use computer or office equipment, and communicate effectively.

• Eligible candidates must reside outside of Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, and all Non-State U.S. Territories.
