• Convert all documented customer expectations in the CTI Laboratory Services database to ensure the delivery of seamless services.
• Utilize technical knowledge, therapeutic area expertise, client insights, and CTI Laboratory Services processes to conduct a thorough review of the protocol.
• Collaborate with internal teams and the Laboratory Project Manager to comprehend CTI Laboratory Services capabilities and evaluate the feasibility of requests to fulfill client requirements related to study design.
• Oversee and resolve technical modifications, challenges, and concerns of high complexity with minimal guidance.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster robust internal relationships, ensuring high-quality study design.
• Accountable for delivering quality technical services related to assigned clients while ensuring adherence to SOPs.
• Conduct quality self-reviews as well as reviews for other Study Designers when requested.
• Capable of operating efficiently in an environment with changing timelines and priorities.
• Exhibits effective self-organization and the ability to handle conflicting priorities.
• Lead and participate in functional meetings, offering input and keeping processes current.
• Serve as a Technical Expert by engaging in process improvement initiatives.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Associate degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant central laboratory experience or 4 years of relevant central laboratory experience.
• Exceptional planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective negotiator in complex and unusual situations.
• Strong computing skills, particularly in database management.
• Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal fluency in English.
• Detail-oriented, ensuring tasks are driven to completion.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Capable of collaborating effectively within a team.
