This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the interior design initiatives for mid-to-large scale commercial interior projects, encompassing workplace strategy integration, space planning, material selection, lighting design, FF&E, and user experience.

• Create and present engaging design concepts, mood boards, finish palettes, and 3D visualizations to internal teams and client stakeholders.

• Supervise the generation of high-quality, coordinated design documentation using Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring precision, constructability, and compliance.

• Act as the main interior design liaison during project execution, managing client expectations and proactively addressing design-related challenges.

• Ensure all designs adhere to applicable building codes, accessibility standards (such as ADA), life safety regulations, and sustainability frameworks (including LEED, WELL, Fitwel).

• Collaborate with cost consultants and procurement teams to align design objectives with budget constraints and identify value-engineering opportunities.

• Evaluate shop drawings, material submittals, and installation mock-ups for design accuracy and quality assurance.

• Mentor and provide technical support to junior interior designers and coordinators.

• Contribute to PDS design standards, best practices, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Assist in business development efforts through proposal contributions, interview presentations, and portfolio development.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 7+ years of professional interior design experience, with a strong emphasis on corporate/commercial interiors and full project lifecycle delivery.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit (BIM workflow), AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape/Twinmotion, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Comprehensive understanding of building codes, ADA compliance, sustainable design principles, and global workplace trends.

• NCIDQ certification is required.

• LEED AP and/or WELL AP accreditation is highly preferred.

• Experience in an integrated AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or multidisciplinary consultancy environment is a plus.
