• Craft the comprehensive member journey from start to finish.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional design experience, particularly in B2C settings.

• A versatile designer with a keen understanding of patient/customer experience.

• Strong instincts in product design, UX, and research methodologies.

• Experience in direct-response and growth-oriented design.

• Exceptional skills in visual design and message organization.

• Proven experience in creating systems beyond just visual assets.

• Proficient in print, digital, and contemporary production techniques.

• Ability to guide external creative talent effectively.

• A high level of agency, modest ego, and ability to navigate complexity.
