Study Delivery Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in overseeing clinical trial sites.

• Ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Support site management tasks, including preparing documentation, entering data, and monitoring site performance metrics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and resolve site-related challenges.

• Keep precise records of site activities.

• Contribute to the development of monitoring reports.

• Engage in training and development initiatives to improve knowledge and skills in clinical trial management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research.

• 1–2 years of experience in global study delivery clinical research and site management.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• In-depth understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 25% of the time.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
