This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Spiritual Development — “Following Jesus” encompasses prayer, spiritual practices, fellowship, personal growth, well-being, and church connections.

• Leadership Development — “Equipping leaders, committee and staff” involves caring for key volunteers, recruitment, team building and training, supervision, and vision casting.

• Resource Development — “Fueling the ministry” pertains to events, major donor relations, public relations (branding), and the TDS team.

• Direct Ministry — “Proclaiming and modeling” includes outreach activities, clubs, Campaigners, and camps.

• Ministry Support — “Taking care of business” covers accounting, administration, internal communication, data management, and strategic planning.

• Regional Training — At the discretion of the regional director, participation in certain regional training events may be required.
