📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge of the daily operations of healthcare and research professionals.

• Cultivate interests in healthcare and research fields.

• Obtain experience and insight into the academic, technical, and personal competencies needed in healthcare and research careers.

• Develop a comprehension of various health and research professions, including the unique cultures and work settings associated with specific roles.

• Enhance understanding of the vital relationships between education, employment, and achieving personal goals.

• Follow policies and procedures that safeguard patient rights regarding informed consent and the management of confidential information, as outlined by Cincinnati Children's mission and relevant laws and regulations.

• Complete the mandatory training required by Cincinnati Children's for this position.

• Follow established safe work practices.

• Understand, comply with, and exemplify Core Standards as defined at the organizational level and within the department/unit specifically.
