Student Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Qualify prospects through phone and email communications, offering pertinent information and guidance to turn them into qualified candidates.

• Execute outbound calling campaigns and provide effective advice to prospective candidates.

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and clients.

• Address specific inquiries and deliver first-level advice and guidance.

• Efficiently resolve customer issues and address any concerns.

• Offer accurate information regarding academic programs and training options.

• Engage in outbound calling campaigns to support student recruitment and engagement efforts.

• Enhance management and follow-up processes for inbound and outbound prospects across various acquisition channels.

• Assist sales and admissions teams during peak activity periods.

• Contribute to additional initiatives, including large-scale outbound recruitment efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional Qualification: Remote Customer Service Advisor.

• Proficient in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Comprehensive knowledge of academic programs and training offerings.

• Ability to actively listen.

• Strong skill in identifying and understanding customer needs.

• Commercial awareness.

• Exceptional verbal communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Patience and diplomacy.
