This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of key finance operations by supporting payments, treasury functions, payroll coordination, reconciliations, and operational finance processes to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Enhance controls and accuracy by conducting checks, reconciliations, and reviews of financial data and operational workflows. Investigate discrepancies, proactively resolve issues, and boost reliability throughout processes.
• Optimize systems and workflows utilizing Excel and Power Query to organize, clean, analyze, and enhance finance data. Assist in automating manual tasks and developing more scalable working methods.
• Collaborate across the organization by working closely with Finance, People Ops, external accountants, payroll providers, and operational teams to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication.
• Assume ownership and drive improvements by operating independently, identifying inefficiencies, constructively challenging weak processes, and proactively offering suggestions to enhance operational functionality.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, payroll, treasury, payments, or other similar operational finance roles.
• Proficiency in Excel and substantial experience with Power Query.
• Experience with reconciliations, financial data, and operational controls.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly identify inconsistencies.
• Comfortable taking initiative and working autonomously.
• Clear communication skills in English.
