Strategy & Planning Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Establish and implement long-term strategies for compliance and cloud assurance.

• Promote standardization, automation, and governance across multi-cloud, SaaS, and hybrid environments.

• Spearhead AI and intelligent workflow projects to enhance compliance operations and audit preparedness.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security, Legal, and GTM teams to enhance execution and eliminate obstacles.

• Create executive-ready dashboards and performance metrics.

• Facilitate regional cloud compliance availability, certification growth, and readiness for regulated markets.

• Direct cross-functional projects involving Product, Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, PMO, and GTM.

• Contribute to governance frameworks for prioritization, managing dependencies, portfolio visibility, and aligning roadmaps.

• Influence stakeholders through effective collaboration and data-driven insights.

• Assist in analyzing market-access impacts and prioritizing certifications.

• Establish monitoring processes for emerging compliance and regulatory developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in cloud security, compliance, strategic operations, or technical program management.

• More than 3 years leading cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives in cloud or enterprise technology settings.

• Extensive knowledge of cloud security and compliance frameworks, including FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and CSA STAR.

• Demonstrated ability to drive enterprise transformation and enhance operational maturity.

• Strong executive presence.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, CISA, or CRISC are highly preferred.
