This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Conduct audits and map all current data tables across the Finance, Growth, Marketing, and Customer Support departments.
• Develop and implement a cohesive master table architecture that brings together cross-functional data into a single source of truth.
• Create executive dashboards using Sigma or similar BI tools to provide real-time KPIs for leadership.
• Produce ad-hoc analyses for the S&P Associate and CFO, integrating data from various sources into actionable insights.
• Streamline reporting workflows by utilizing SQL, Python, AI-driven tools, or BI-native scheduling to minimize manual tasks.
• Maintain data quality and governance by reconciling discrepancies across systems and ensuring consistency.
• Document all processes, including data lineage, transformation logic, and dashboard instructions in Confluence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Support to identify KPI priorities and address data gaps.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a data-centric, analytical position (e.g., strategy, consulting, business intelligence).
• Strong SQL skills (including complex queries, joins, window functions, and CTEs) with experience in databases such as Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or Redshift.
• Proficient in tools like Hex, Sigma, Power BI, or similar, with advanced Excel/Sheets capabilities expected.
• Automation-oriented mindset: familiarity with ETL concepts (dbt, Airflow, Fivetran) or AI-based tools (Claude, Zapier) is advantageous.
• A builder’s mentality: self-motivated and inspired by uncertainty, eager to create something from the ground up.
• Excellent communicator who can simplify complex data into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative and humble: able to quickly establish trust across teams and excel in cross-functional environments.
• Responsible and flexible: takes ownership, meets deadlines, and can quickly adjust priorities in a high-growth setting.
• Eager to learn: coachable, inquisitive, and enthusiastic about scaling AirDNA through improved data practices.
• Bonus points for experience with Amplitude, Stripe, or HubSpot.
