Strategy & Data Insights Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and enterprise stakeholders to determine benchmarks, analyze performance, and steer improvement initiatives.

• Examine and convert intricate data to facilitate strategic and organizational decision-making processes.

• Develop and sustain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools utilizing EPIC, Qlik Sense, and Excel.

• Ensure timely integration of external state data (AHCA, PHC4, etc.).

• Guarantee data integrity through rigorous testing, documentation, and quality assurance measures.

• Act as a liaison for data standards and provide training to stakeholders.

• Assist in enterprise strategy and market positioning by conducting internal and external environmental analyses.

• Provide ad-hoc analytics to address the evolving needs of the organization.

• Aid patient care and operational requirements by performing data analyses and producing accurate reports using Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools; prior knowledge of Qlik Sense, Intermediate Excel, and EPIC is preferred.

• Utilize geospatial analysis tools (ESRI ArcGIS) to develop clear, impactful visualizations for leadership presentations.

• Educate and inform stakeholders by clarifying report contents, metric definitions, and data updates to leaders and data owners.

• Assist in project reporting activities by compiling weekly and monthly updates, documenting progress, identifying issues, and communicating follow-up requirements to project teams.

• Foster effective working relationships with colleagues across clinical, operational, and enterprise sectors to comprehend data needs and ensure the accurate flow of information.

• Uphold data accuracy and integrity through routine validation, testing, and documentation of analysis and reporting outputs.

• Convey data findings clearly and professionally, translating them into simple, understandable insights for diverse audiences.

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required; experience in a clinical environment is preferred.
