Strategy and Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and guide strategic planning initiatives across the organization, ensuring that business objectives are aligned with execution efforts.

• Identify operational inefficiencies and collaborate across functions to create and implement scalable processes.

• Develop business cases, perform market research, and conduct analyses to support strategic investments and partnerships.

• Serve as a force multiplier for the VP of Strategy and Operations and the Chief Business Officer, translating high-level vision into actionable plans.

• Take ownership of key metrics and dashboards to track performance and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Lead special projects focused on international expansion, sales strategy, organizational design, and process optimization.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational alignment and effective delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience at a top-tier consulting firm with over 2 years of experience, or

• A candidate with prior consulting experience who is currently in a strategic/operations role within a rapidly growing tech environment.

• Exceptional skills in strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving.

• A proven history of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception through to execution.

• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-growth, global setting.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing C-suite stakeholders and aligning teams.

• Experience working with executive leadership and board-level reporting is mandatory.

• Candidates must reside in North or South America and should be prepared for occasional travel.
