Strategy & Analytics Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and orchestrate analytical initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across different departments.

• Manage analytical workstreams from problem identification to delivery of insights.

• Evaluate complex partner performance metrics throughout the entire enrollment process, from lead generation to yield.

• Foster stakeholder discussions and assist in developing long-term strategies for partner growth.

• Identify data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and reconciliation issues before they impact stakeholders.

• Create and sustain analytical pipelines and reporting processes in collaboration with BI and data engineering teams.

• Integrate Claude and Databricks Genie into everyday analytical tasks.

• Formulate analytical strategies that are aligned with the goals of the organization.

• Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner programs and analytical efforts.

• Convert performance data into actionable insights for leadership.

• Present findings through various formats such as presentations, briefings, and data visualizations.

• Mentor team members and lead projects as the team expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in an analytical or strategy leadership position, and/or in a professional services environment.

• Strong expertise in Databricks and advanced SQL, including CTE structuring, optimizing query performance, and fundamental window functions.

• Basic understanding of data governance and data engineering concepts.

• Familiarity with Claude, Databricks Genie, prompt engineering, and natural language query interfaces.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Query M and DAX.

• Experience using Power BI or Tableau.

• Capability to conceptualize and conduct quantitative analyses and provide data-driven insights.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor's degree with a proven record of achievement and quantitative skills.

• Demonstrated success in employing Databricks, SQL, AI tools, and data analysis to cleanse data, extract insights, and convey findings to leadership.
