This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
β’ Serve as the business lead for initiatives focused on enhancing productivity, designing pay structures, and managing the workforce.
β’ Collaborate with data teams to define, guide, and interpret quantitative analyses.
β’ Work closely with HR and operational leaders to gather and synthesize qualitative data, which complements analytical insights to aid in decision-making.
β’ Formulate and present recommendations regarding incentive structures and workforce strategies that are aligned with business objectives.
β’ Create detailed strategic plans and implement them with a minimum-viable-product approach.
β’ Evaluate current operations and workflows to pinpoint areas for enhancement and establish solutions that boost efficiency and effectiveness.
β’ Foster stakeholder alignment and spearhead communication efforts for any suggested changes.
β’ Collaborate with senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities.
β’ Oversee and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion while adhering to budgetary and quality standards.
β’ Define, guide, and support the development of tools and dashboards that facilitate ongoing performance tracking and informed decision-making.
β’ Either lead or assist in the continuous use and enhancement of newly developed tools and processes.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is required.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in strategy consulting or 6 years in corporate strategy/operations, workforce planning, or a related field.
β’ Proven ability to independently lead initiatives that result in significant, measurable business impacts in fast-paced strategic settings.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or a related area is required (a Master's degree or MBA is preferred).
β’ Experience in or with healthcare organizations, particularly in home healthcare, is highly advantageous.
