Strategy Advancement Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Serve as the business lead for initiatives focused on enhancing productivity, designing pay structures, and managing the workforce.

• Collaborate with data teams to define, guide, and interpret quantitative analyses.

• Work closely with HR and operational leaders to gather and synthesize qualitative data, which complements analytical insights to aid in decision-making.

• Formulate and present recommendations regarding incentive structures and workforce strategies that are aligned with business objectives.

• Create detailed strategic plans and implement them with a minimum-viable-product approach.

• Evaluate current operations and workflows to pinpoint areas for enhancement and establish solutions that boost efficiency and effectiveness.

• Foster stakeholder alignment and spearhead communication efforts for any suggested changes.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities.

• Oversee and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion while adhering to budgetary and quality standards.

• Define, guide, and support the development of tools and dashboards that facilitate ongoing performance tracking and informed decision-making.

• Either lead or assist in the continuous use and enhancement of newly developed tools and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• At least 3 years of experience in strategy consulting or 6 years in corporate strategy/operations, workforce planning, or a related field.

• Proven ability to independently lead initiatives that result in significant, measurable business impacts in fast-paced strategic settings.

• A Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or a related area is required (a Master's degree or MBA is preferred).

• Experience in or with healthcare organizations, particularly in home healthcare, is highly advantageous.
