This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the creation, issuance, and assessment of Sourcing Events (RFI/RFP/Targeted Quoting/Direct Negotiation).
• Collaborate with the Manager of Strategic Sourcing during negotiations to finalize pricing, quality, and delivery according to customer needs.
• Execute sourcing strategies in partnership with the Manager of Strategic Sourcing.
• Cultivate in-depth knowledge of all facility maintenance trades applicable to all customers.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key Service Providers, Equipment Manufacturers, and Parts Suppliers.
• Develop and sustain relationships with essential internal stakeholder teams such as Sales, Account Management, and Operations to promote cross-functional collaboration and efficiency.
• Work alongside Marketplace Operations to pinpoint best-in-class providers, ensuring an optimal balance of quality, cost, and service.
• Assist Sales by providing Directional/Estimate pricing for prospective clients.
• Identify opportunities to lower costs or enhance value in existing Preventative Maintenance programs for all customers.
• Over 3 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Negotiation, and Vendor Management.
• Experience in Facility Maintenance and Trade sourcing is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills to recognize and address complex issues.
• Proven track record of working with large, complex Service Providers.
• Exceptional thought leadership and communication skills that aid in influencing decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Positive, can-do attitude that inspires others.
• Outstanding influencing and negotiation abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality deliverables and strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and proactive in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Supply Chain Management.
