Strategic Sourcing Analyst

📋 Description

• Accountable for capturing, analyzing, and reporting data to support the operational efficiency goals of the Trinity Health leadership team.

• Responsible for auditing departmental information, generating reports, and recommending process enhancements.

• Engages in performance improvement initiatives based on outcomes related to program efficiency and patient experience.

• Distributes analytical reports and employs various system applications to conduct analyses, create reports, and develop educational resources.

• Evaluates data to discern trends, patterns, and anomalies that guide business strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, data science, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of sourcing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

• In-depth knowledge and expertise in advanced data analytics and procurement practices, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

• Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a capacity to convey complex findings clearly and succinctly.

• The ideal candidate will demonstrate high proficiency in data visualization, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools.

• Familiarity with methods for accessing and utilizing information, preparing specifications, and analyzing bids and contracts.
