Coordinador(a) de Compras

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and execute the purchasing of the company's products.

• Ensure marketing campaigns and promotions are in place to support sales efforts.

• Act professionally and serve as a role model for all employees.

• Lead the product area (purchasing, design, and creative marketing) to ensure strategic coherence.

• Drive innovation in collections, materials, and in-store display processes.

• Represent the company in matters of product, purchasing, and brand development.

• Develop the annual purchasing budget in collaboration with other coordinators.

• Maintain an up-to-date file on each client and the market served.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within the Retail & Wholesale industry.

• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.

• Experience in purchasing and marketing.

• Knowledge of product design and market trends.

• Negotiation and communication skills.

• Familiarity with international suppliers.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
