Strategic Solutions Leader – Operational Safety & Risk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Propel the growth and integration of Benchmark Gensuite’s Safety and High-Risk Operations solutions.

• Collaborate with Strategic Solutions and Growth cross-functional teams to foster pipeline development and secure bookings for targeted solutions and offerings.

• Serve as a subject matter expert to influence product direction and roadmap, align solutions with market demands, and represent our offerings to customers and the broader EHS community both virtually and at in-person industry events.

• Spearhead the creation of distinctive growth enablement assets (both digital and collateral) for targeted solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, safety, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS, safety, or high-risk operations, consulting, or software.

• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, risk management, and EHS best practices.

• Experience in translating customer needs into product specifications.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and achieve results.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Customer-facing experience with the capability to influence and build relationships.
