This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate weekly one-on-one meetings and team discussions to mentor Sales Engineers (SEs) on deal strategies, technical execution, and best practices.
• Develop and uphold personalized development plans; conduct monthly ride-alongs and partner with SE Enablement for specialized training.
• Collaborate closely with Strategic Sales Leaders through weekly synchronization meetings, sales leadership gatherings, and coverage evaluations to advance segment strategy.
• Conduct weekly SE pipeline assessments to confirm technical qualifications, identify systemic challenges, and present performance metrics to leadership.
• Oversee the capacity and utilization of the SE team, coordinate support across regions, and lead recruiting and onboarding efforts with structured 30-60-90 day plans.
• Offer hands-on assistance for 2–3 key strategic accounts by directing technical discovery and formulating technical strategies for deals exceeding $1M.
• Partner with Product to shape the roadmap, spearhead Strategic-focused POC initiatives, and validate intricate implementations.
• Create and present impactful demos and presentations; co-design POCs that expedite sales cycles for significant Strategic opportunities.
• Establish and expand technical best practices, discovery frameworks, and competitive enablement resources throughout the Strategic SE team.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales, including over 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proficient understanding of AI Agent applications, along with practical experience in integrating AI into customer workflows.
• Extensive knowledge of Contact Center technologies, such as Conversational AI, CCaaS platforms, and telephony infrastructure.
• Strong familiarity with strategic platforms including Salesforce, Google, Amazon, and contact center infrastructure.
• Recognized for resourcefulness, strategic thinking, and a collaborative approach to facilitate cross-functional deal success.
• Committed to the development of Sales Engineering careers, focusing on coaching SEs through structured growth plans, role clarity, and skill enhancement.
• Proven experience in creating mentoring frameworks that promote technical excellence, soft skill improvement, and leadership preparedness within the SE team.
