This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Drive revenue growth in alignment with the company's category strategies and profit goals.
• Identify and engage Large Enterprises aiming for enhanced outcomes.
• Suggest improvements in sales strategies informed by market research and competitor assessments.
• Create business opportunities through dedicated prospecting and lead generation efforts.
• Facilitate discussions with senior executives to understand their business needs.
• Lead negotiations regarding client contracts, terms, and conditions to ensure adequate protections are established.
• Guide prospects from initial engagement to contract award, including proposal presentations and successful implementation of solutions with clients.
• Establish, nurture, and maintain high-level relationships with current and potential business partners to enhance market presence and brand visibility.
• Develop a pipeline of viable opportunities that surpass sales quotas while staying informed about prospects.
• Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closure, encompassing proposals, scoping, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Guarantee 100% customer satisfaction and retention alongside the Account Management and Operations Teams.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
• Accurately forecast new lead generation and report on sales cycle progress in CRM tools weekly.
• Create and sustain customer business plans that outline strategies, objectives, and tactics for achieving success with customers.
• Collaborate across departments within the company to ensure alignment with the customer strategy.
• Act as a business and sales representative as necessary in customer, industry, and business contexts.
• Manage the customer relationship both internally and externally, which includes understanding the Profit & Loss for the account, ensuring collection of outstanding Accounts Receivable, and resolving customer issues related to products or services.
• Oversee and engage in special projects as required.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Over 10 years of experience in program, solution, or consultative selling at senior corporate levels; at least three years in a senior management role.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Exceptional sales skills, along with lead development and qualification abilities—particularly at the executive level.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including effective presentation and demonstration skills both in person and via phone/web presentations.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Moderate understanding of information technology.
• Capability to learn, comprehend, and apply contemporary technologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
