This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the sales experience by cultivating and managing relationships with key decision-makers and executives.

• Navigate intricate sales cycles from the initial outreach through to closing the deal.

• Identify potential new clients, create product presentations and business cases, develop and present proposals, negotiate, and finalize contracts.

• Gain a deep understanding of the Cresta product, the Contact Center industry, our distinctive competitive advantages, and the needs of our customers.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to provide an outstanding customer experience.

• Take responsibility for achieving your sales targets.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in SaaS software sales at the enterprise level, with a proven track record of consistently meeting sales quotas during this period.

• Proficient in negotiating, structuring, and executing complex enterprise-level agreements.

• Prior experience in leading cross-functional teams through the processes of closing large deals.

• Capable of articulating contractual, technical, and financial value propositions to customers, including C-level executives.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience in presenting to C-level executives.

• Availability to travel to London easily and frequently on short notice, with the ability to travel domestically and internationally up to approximately 25% of the time.
