This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage in comprehensive advisory discussions to evaluate participants' overall financial health, encompassing retirement preparedness, investment management, household financial strategies, and general financial wellness.
• Employ proprietary financial planning software to provide thorough investment evaluations and impartial recommendations aligned with participant objectives and risk profiles.
• Tailor and execute actionable financial plans utilizing analytical tools to identify needs, while following up to encourage sustainable financial behavior changes.
• Conduct individual consultations and group educational sessions, both virtually and in person, addressing subjects such as retirement planning, fundamental investing, and best practices in financial wellness.
• Record participant interactions, advice, and recommendations in Salesforce, ensuring compliance and consistent follow-up strategies.
• Achieve quantifiable results by meeting or surpassing service level agreements (SLAs), fulfilling client expectations, and reaching annual performance targets.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships internally (e.g., Client Relationship Managers, Customer Care, Communications, and Marketing teams) and externally (e.g., HR and benefits coordinators within employer groups).
• Work collaboratively with Empower Personal Wealth to refer participants whose needs correspond with Empower’s wealth management offerings.
• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience preferred.
• Over 7 years of pertinent financial services experience.
• Required FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 registrations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Strategic thinker capable of working independently and managing a personal portfolio.
• Profound knowledge of defined contribution plans, financial planning principles, and investment management subjects.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed (up to 50%).
• FINRA Fingerprinting required upon employment.
• Experience in sales and/or wealth management is preferable.
• Proficient in investment planning tools and financial wellness platforms.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
