This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Engage in comprehensive advisory discussions to evaluate participants’ readiness for retirement, investment management, household financial planning, and overall financial wellness.
• Utilize proprietary financial planning software to provide investment assessments and impartial recommendations aligned with participant objectives and risk tolerance.
• Tailor and execute actionable financial plans using analytical instruments.
• Follow up to encourage sustainable changes in financial behavior.
• Conduct individual consultations and group educational sessions both virtually and in-person.
• Record participant interactions, advice, and recommendations in Salesforce.
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards and maintain consistent follow-up strategies.
• Meet or surpass service level agreements, client expectations, and annual performance goals.
• Forge strategic partnerships with internal teams as well as external HR and benefits coordinators.
• Collaborate with Empower Personal Wealth to direct participants towards wealth management solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Over 7 years of pertinent experience in financial services.
• Required registrations: FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Capability to work autonomously and manage a personal portfolio of clients.
• Profound knowledge of defined contribution plans, financial planning principles, and investment management topics.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed, up to 50%.
• FINRA Fingerprinting is required upon hiring.
• Experience in sales and/or wealth management is preferred.
• Proficiency in investment planning tools and financial wellness platforms.
• Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Must have authorization to work for any employer in the United States.
• Unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of an employment visa, including CPT/OPT.
• Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and a conducive home workspace is required for remote work.
