Strategic Relationship Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Act as the main relationship manager for various stakeholder types within a designated geographic area, fostering and maintaining trust-based partnerships while advocating for stakeholder needs.

• Oversee onboarding and integration processes at the state level; ensure accurate documentation of stakeholder portfolio information and log all interactions, issues, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

• Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, site visits, and events; assist with presentations and efforts for external engagement.

• Identify, monitor, and escalate complex or high-risk issues, trends, and emerging concerns, providing the necessary context and recommended actions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent resolution of stakeholder needs and alignment with organizational priorities; participate in stakeholder engagement strategy and planning.

• Work together with other Strategic Relationship Managers to ensure shared coverage and continuity across different territories.

• Handle multiple projects and priorities with strong organizational discipline and professionalism.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• Proven experience in stakeholder relations, account management, advocacy, government relations, policy, partnership management, or related fields is essential.

• Familiarity with EMS systems, healthcare, public safety, education, regulatory environments, or engagement at the state/federal level is preferred.

• Preferred qualifications include project management experience and strong organizational skills.

• Knowledge of CRM systems and structured relationship management practices is also preferred.
