This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to establish and convey strategic priorities, objectives, and success metrics.
• Convert overarching strategies into practical plans while ensuring alignment across various departments and teams.
• Track progress towards strategic goals and offer insights to adjust strategies as necessary.
• Facilitate sessions for strategic planning, ensuring that outcomes are recorded and monitored.
• Create and oversee the operational rhythm of the business, which includes leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, and annual planning cycles.
• Develop and uphold governance frameworks that ensure accountability and transparency in decision-making processes.
• Enhance operational efficiency by pinpointing and resolving bottlenecks in processes and workflows.
• Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from inception to execution, ensuring timely delivery within the defined scope.
• Formulate program plans, allocate resources, and mitigate risks to achieve successful outcomes.
• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to align efforts and address issues.
• Continuously refine program management practices and tools to boost effectiveness.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, offering strategic guidance and operational support.
• Allow leaders to concentrate on high-impact priorities by managing communications, follow-ups, and delegated tasks.
• Enhance executive visibility and engagement through the preparation of presentations, briefings, and stakeholder communications.
• Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and ongoing improvement among leadership teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent business experience.
• Over 8 years of pertinent experience.
• Capability to independently manage large projects and processes with minimal supervision.
• Acknowledged expert in the relevant work area.
• Proficient in adapting to and understanding new technologies/processes based on business requirements.
• The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong business acumen, outstanding organizational abilities, and the capacity to influence at all organizational levels.
