This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete commercial relationship for a portfolio of key partners, encompassing revenue performance, growth objectives, and collaborative business planning on both quarterly and annual timelines.
• Oversee commercial expansions, renewals, and upselling opportunities; identify and implement new initiatives within each partner ecosystem.
• Monitor and project partnership-driven revenue and essential performance metrics; utilize data to enhance and adjust growth strategies.
• Manage relationships at all levels—business, product, and technical—and be the trusted point of contact for partners to ensure goals are met.
• Conduct regular partner meetings and quarterly business reviews; proactively identify blockers and opportunities before they escalate into issues.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of each partner’s business model, competitive landscape, and priorities; leverage that insight to propel proactive growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Risk—to meet partnership commitments and advance joint initiatives.
• Convert partner requirements into articulate internal briefs; advocate for partner priorities during roadmap and resource discussions.
• Work alongside Marketing to create and implement co-marketing, co-selling, and go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Identify and define expansion opportunities within the current portfolio, including enhanced integrations, new use cases, and geographic growth.
• Develop playbooks and frameworks that enhance the scalability of the partnerships function.
• 3–7+ years in a partner-facing role—such as Strategic Partnerships, Key Account Management, Account Management, or Relationship Management.
• Demonstrated success in managing commercial partnerships from inception to completion, including achieving revenue targets and measurable growth results.
• Experience in handling intricate, multi-stakeholder relationships and influencing senior leaders within partner organizations.
• Strong cross-functional capabilities—ability to achieve alignment across Product, Sales, Legal, and Finance without losing momentum.
• Proficient in using data to inform strategy: creating forecasts, analyzing performance, and pinpointing growth opportunities.
• Independent worker who excels in dynamic, uncertain environments and finds solutions effectively.
• AI-savvy mindset: actively uses AI tools to streamline workflows, hasten execution, enhance output quality, and amplify impact across the partnership portfolio.
• Background in fintech, embedded finance, SaaS, or payments.
• Knowledge of payment processors, ISVs, marketplaces, or technology platform ecosystems.
• Proven ability to scale partnerships from early-stage ventures to high-growth phases, including designing new partnership models from the ground up.
• Experience with API-driven or technology integration partnerships.
