This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversee the complete process of new subscriber launches and transitions for at-risk accounts, serving as the main point of continuity and responsibility.
• Define ownership, set milestones, timelines, dependencies, and metrics for success throughout the subscriber lifecycle.
• Create and implement launch strategies that align with business goals and promote customer success.
• Proactively identify and address risks, escalate issues as necessary, and execute preventive solutions.
• Collaborate with teams in Account Management, Expansion, Revenue & Growth, Fulfillment & Delivery, and Product.
• Facilitate meetings for cross-functional alignment, ensuring consensus on priorities, dependencies, and accountability.
• Enhance communication among teams and support the existing organizational structures.
• Manage relationships and communications at the executive level with strategic and priority subscribers.
• Prepare and present executive briefings, status updates, and business reviews.
• Escalate critical issues and propose strategic solutions.
• Provide guidance to leadership regarding complex customer situations.
• Set and monitor KPIs and success metrics for every launch.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and dependency maps.
• Track progress, document insights gained, and refine launch processes.
• Offer leadership during crucial transition phases and milestones.
• Ensure seamless transitions between launch activities and steady-state operations.
• Observe post-launch performance and assist with stabilization efforts.
• Cultivate long-term strategic partnerships with key subscribers.
• 5–7 years of experience in customer success, account management, program management, or similar fields.
• Proven track record in managing complex, high-stakes engagements.
• Experience in the EHS, ESG, or operational risk management sectors.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence and align teams without direct authority.
• Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Expertise in B2B enterprise customer engagement, SaaS operations, or related environments.
• Background in customer lifecycle management or customer success operations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and business analytics platforms.
• Experience working in a matrix organization or within complex organizational structures.
• Enthusiasm for leading transformative customer engagements and new subscriber launches.
• Capability to build and refine scalable processes.
• Proficiency in addressing complex, cross-organizational challenges.
