This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Develops and implements cohesive business and seasonal account plans aimed at driving profitable revenue growth and achieving brand/fan objectives.
• Fosters exceptional strategic partnerships that facilitate collaborative management and execution with partners.
• Advances the sales process by emphasizing thorough go-to-market alignment.
• Collaborates with the leadership team to provide insights on commercial growth and brand enhancement opportunities.
• Delivers business updates along with sell-in and sell-through analyses to the leadership team.
• Identifies and supports growth opportunities that align with overall brand strategies.
• Assesses the business by product category, pinpointing areas for investment or divestment.
• Oversees merchandising, analysis, and marketing efforts for digital platforms.
• Ensures pre-season bookings align with the fiscal year plan.
• Manages gross-to-net by making sure monthly shipping objectives are achieved.
• Strengthens existing vendor-retailer relationships, nurtures new connections, and leads engagement with strategic customers.
• Provides comprehensive, data-driven market updates, including analyses of sell-in and sell-through for all key stakeholders.
• Enhances market share, availability, visibility, and sell-through while driving the planning and forecasting process with internal teams.
• Works closely with the merchandising department to ensure product alignment with sales goals.
• Partners with the marketing department to formulate strategies for sell-through and engaging strategic partners.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline is required.
• A minimum of six (6) years in sales, account management, or a related field is necessary.
• Experience in footwear and apparel is preferred.
• This position necessitates regular travel to customer accounts, including the use of a personal or rental vehicle as part of job duties.
• A satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and adherence to minimum personal auto insurance requirements are mandatory.
• Proven experience working effectively within complex global organizations is required.
• Documented experience in managing digital wholesale is essential.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite with moderate skills in Excel/data management and manipulation.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Capability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Ability to thrive under pressure from competing and sometimes conflicting priorities.
• Competence in multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Quantitative skills and analytical thinking for effective forecasting and numbers management.
• Proficient in retail mathematics (e.g., sales, margin, turn, etc.).
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships with internal teams.
