Strategic Partner Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +17 more states.

📋 Description

• Initiate partnerships and nurture relationships with current Instacart retail collaborators.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of Instacart's operational framework, including internal workflows, strategic initiatives, and competitive landscape.

• Formulate strategic plans tailored to the needs of retail partners.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic plans and achieve objectives within tight timelines.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new partners joining the Instacart marketplace, managing catalog configuration, marketing and public relations, and operational activities.

• Conduct data analysis to generate critical business insights, scalable growth strategies, and detailed execution plans.

• Create processes and reporting mechanisms to optimize team operations and enhance retailer relationships.

• Develop strategies to assist retail partners in expanding their business on Instacart.

• Engage, educate, collaborate, and resolve issues with external partners across all organizational levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of prior experience in account management; an MBA is preferred but not mandatory.

• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to simplify complex issues.

• Experience handling large data sets and deriving business insights from analysis.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Comfort with uncertainty and a fast-paced business environment.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Prompt communication response times.

• Ability to navigate across functions and present to leadership effectively.

• Creative and methodical problem-solving skills.
