Strategic Operations Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and maintain interactive Sigma Computing reports and dashboards to assist leadership, case management, and legal operations teams.

• Examine client workup data to uncover trends and factors influencing case quality and successful outcomes.

• Build predictive models to estimate the number of clients likely to advance through the case workup process.

• Perform productivity analyses to assess the performance of the case management team and pinpoint opportunities for operational enhancement.

• Convert complex data into actionable insights to inform strategic planning and daily decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting requirements and create scalable solutions.

• Guarantee the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data utilized in reports and analyses.

• Record data definitions, methodologies, and reporting standards to promote consistency and clarity throughout the organization.

• Work alongside data engineering and IT to improve data sources and enhance reporting infrastructure.

• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• More than 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles.

• Strong experience with Sigma Computing or a comparable cloud-based BI tool (Sigma is preferred).

• Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with relational databases and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).

• Capability to analyze and interpret large datasets, and effectively convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
