This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Take charge of key strategic media and partner initiatives.
• Oversee the everyday management and success of long-term strategic media partner programs while supporting tactics from the AssetWatch partnership team.
• Design and implement co-marketing campaigns, which include webinars, events, content, newsletters, and targeted placements, along with established revenue goals, KPIs, and shared success metrics.
• Manage partner communications thoughtfully, balancing advocacy, collaboration, and business objectives.
• Standardize procedures that enhance the consistency, predictability, and scalability of partner-led activities.
• Cultivate and sustain senior-level relationships with partner stakeholders to impact joint priorities and foster long-term growth.
• Champion the company’s vision and value proposition within strategic alliances and broader market discussions.
• Organize and implement regional events, trainings, and field activations linked to strategic partner programs, including vendor coordination, registration, AV, shipping, and on-site execution.
• Collaborate with the partnerships team to support broader AssetWatch partner initiatives as required.
• Assess event performance and provide input for future investment recommendations.
• Assist in the development of campaign briefs, partner messaging, and promotional strategies.
• Work alongside Product Marketing and Creative to create engaging co-marketing content, overseeing review and approvals for externally produced content.
• Ensure that messaging is clear, concise, and tailored to the partner audience.
• Adjust messaging in real-time during partner interactions and campaign execution.
• Identify and engage with industry influencers, creators, and external partners.
• Support briefing, content creation, and campaign execution for influencer initiatives.
• Manage timelines, publishing schedules, and campaign tracking.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance and expand the program over time.
• Work with Marketing Ops to monitor campaign performance, engagement, and pipeline influence.
• Ensure accountability for partner deliverables, timelines, and reporting.
• Contribute to partner reviews and internal updates with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Continuously refine programs based on performance metrics and feedback.
• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in partner marketing, account management, field marketing, or demand generation.
• Proven track record of owning and executing marketing programs aligned with pipeline objectives.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple high-priority workstreams concurrently.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling strategic partnerships that yield measurable, multi-quarter revenue results.
• Experience collaborating with external partners and vendors, with a focus on trust-building and effective relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions, read the room, and modify messaging in real time.
• Experience in executing events, webinars, and co-marketing campaigns.
• Strong content instincts—capable of contributing to messaging, briefs, and campaign strategies.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities.
• Strong executive presence with experience influencing senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Program-building mindset with experience in developing repeatable frameworks and scalable processes.
