Strategic Insights Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Generate market intelligence and consolidate research for annual planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and renewals.

• Track and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging best practices.

• Integrate market signals, client requirements, and program designs into comprehensive recommendations.

• Employ a test-and-learn approach utilizing data and industry insights to enhance outcomes.

• Revise frameworks, points of view (POVs), benchmarks, and playbooks for strategic suggestions.

• Assist with strategic initiatives, including program redesigns and the development of workshop materials.

• Create standardized solutions like playbook builds rather than one-off projects.

• Provide Client Growth teams with market-driven recommendations for executive-level client discussions.

• Support the Sr. Director of Market Insights, Business Development, and Client Growth teams in identifying growth opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing strategy, channel programs, or go-to-market initiatives.

• Background in a marketing technology or agency setting.

• Familiarity with programs, marketing plans, and communication strategies within complex, multi-tier distribution networks.

• Capability to analyze performance data and market trends to formulate actionable strategic recommendations.

• Experience in updating structured marketing and operational playbooks.

• Skill in translating complex concepts into clear and engaging messages for stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
