This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies across various clients, brands, or sectors.
• Evaluate business models, competition, customer acquisition costs, ROI, marketing funnels, and growth opportunities.
• Suggest marketing channels, campaigns, creative content, messaging, and positioning aligned with client objectives and budget.
• Supervise execution teams, including creatives, media buyers, sales development representatives, virtual assistants, freelancers, and other marketing professionals.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients to offer strategic advice, updates, and direction.
• Determine which marketing initiatives are likely to succeed, which may not, and how to effectively allocate resources.
• Keep abreast of current marketing trends, AI tools, automation technologies, CRM systems, and growth methodologies.
• Link high-level business objectives with actionable marketing execution plans.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related leadership position.
• Extensive knowledge of paid advertising, branding, marketing funnels, outbound marketing, CRM systems, automation, and lead generation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategies that align business objectives with actionable execution.
• Experience in analyzing key growth metrics, including ROI, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, funnel performance, and campaign success.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing or coordinating cross-functional marketing teams.
• Experience working across multiple businesses, brands, clients, or industries.
• A background in an agency, startup, consulting, or rapidly growing business environment is preferred.
• Experience leading marketing teams that comprise media buyers, creatives, sales development representatives, virtual assistants, and freelancers is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and contemporary growth frameworks.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand various industries, customer segments, and revenue models.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to confidently present strategies to clients, executives, or business owners.
