This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform research and prospecting to uncover potential partnership opportunities with payer and provider organizations, emphasizing local and regional health plans and health systems.
• Assist in qualifying and prioritizing potential leads based on alignment with Belong Health's solutions and market target criteria.
• Aid the Vice President, Sales in overseeing the sales cycle, including research, outreach, stakeholder alignment, negotiation of partnership terms, and finalizing agreements.
• Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive understanding of Belong Health's solutions, encompassing the technology and services provided, to effectively convey value propositions to prospective partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Analytics and Product to collect pertinent data and insights that bolster business development initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of sales materials, presentations, spreadsheets, and other marketing resources to support the Strategic Partnerships team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Preferred: 2-4 years of experience in consulting, account management, business development, strategy, or partnership roles, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Required: Experience in solution-oriented selling or consulting within payer or provider organizations.
• Preferred: Familiarity with healthcare industry trends, especially those related to value-based care, Medicare Advantage, Dual Special Needs Plans, CMS/CMMI programs, and Accountable Care Organizations.
• Required: Strong research, analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Required: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Required: Capability to collaborate effectively in a team setting and across diverse functional areas.
