Strategic Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the fundamental financial model that supports numerous strategic decisions.

• Develop and refine essential operational rhythms, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

• Create dashboards, metrics, and success indicators that enhance leadership's visibility and decision-making capabilities.

• Design, implement, and enhance AI workflows, automations, and agent-driven processes utilizing the current technology stack or by suggesting new tools.

• Manage board and investor reporting, including conducting analysis and crafting narrative content.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to address complex operational challenges swiftly and effectively.

• Establish organizational structure in areas that currently lack it.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 8+ years of experience in finance, encompassing investment banking, private equity, CDD consulting, or StratFin roles at a high-growth startup.

• Strong analytical capabilities, particularly with financial data, modeling, and spreadsheet analysis.

• Structured thinking with the ability to deconstruct ambiguous issues into actionable next steps.

• Proven execution skills with a commitment to owning outcomes from start to finish.

• Capability to quickly build trust with internal stakeholders and collaborate effectively across various functions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to navigate seamlessly between strategy, analysis, and practical execution without being hindered by organizational boundaries.
