This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning processes.
• Collaborate with leaders throughout the organization to create financial plans that align with strategic priorities.
• Provide scenario modeling and business insights that assist in executive decision-making.
• Promote accountability, consistency, and thoroughness in all planning activities.
• Evaluate existing planning, reporting, and forecasting processes to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency and scalability.
• Assist in the assessment and implementation of a future FP&A planning platform.
• Champion automation initiatives through the use of modern reporting, analytics, and AI-driven capabilities.
• Establish processes that minimize manual efforts and boost organizational agility.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and business leaders to analyze customer acquisition, retention, enrollment, and revenue drivers, providing insights to enhance business performance and investment strategies.
• Create and maintain forecasting models that integrate essential business drivers, including customer acquisition, retention, conversion, and lifetime value metrics.
• Convert complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Facilitate strategic investments, growth initiatives, and operational enhancements through financial analysis and business case development.
• Lead a team comprising a Manager of FP&A and Senior Analysts.
• Evaluate team capabilities and develop plans to enhance performance and readiness.
• Build organizational capacity through coaching, mentorship, and succession planning.
• Cultivate a culture of ownership, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Oversee monthly reporting, performance reviews, variance analysis, and KPI reporting.
• Prepare executive presentations and materials for discussions with senior leadership.
• Provide forward-looking analysis of key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Over 10 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles within FP&A.
• Proven experience using metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), retention, churn, cohort analysis, or similar metrics to guide financial planning and business decision-making.
• Experience in enhancing, scaling, or transforming FP&A functions within complex organizations.
• Demonstrated success in leading budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Strong business partnership skills and executive communication abilities.
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling and analytics.
• Familiarity with planning, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
