This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of health system partners and large multi-location private practices.
• Create and implement customized success plans for each account.
• Facilitate executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Handle challenging discussions at senior management levels.
• Utilize advanced problem-solving techniques to address complex operational issues.
• Act as a consultant for clients regarding billing optimization and strategy.
• Discover opportunities for expansion across various sites and service lines.
• Track health metrics at the portfolio level.
• Function as an informal team leader and mentor.
• Over 5 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or healthcare operations within a health tech or SaaS setting.
• Experience in revenue cycle management (RCM).
• Proven track record of leading challenging conversations with executive stakeholders.
• Established structured problem-solving abilities applied in complex customer scenarios.
• History of influencing and aligning senior stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in driving significant organizational change and/or technology adoption.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience in mentoring junior team members.
